Club Fees are non-refundable except in the case of a season-ending injury or player relocation before May 1 (Summer Season) or August 1 (Fall Season) or if the club is unable to place the player on a team.

A player withdrawing from a program prior to the start of the program shall receive a full refund of the registration fee.  Once the event has started, regardless of attendance or circumstances, no refunds will be given.

Summer Traveling Refund Policy

A player withdrawing from a program after being placed on a team and after the roster deadline of 11:00pm on August 3rd shall receive no refund. The following exceptions may apply:

• If a team is not able to be formed and the player is released from the Club any payment made will be refunded.
• If a player moves outside of a 50 mile radius of the County Road 42 & County Road 11 intersection in Burnsville, before the team is officially submitted to the league, the registration fee MAY be refunded.
• If a player sustains an injury and consequently is unable to complete the remainder of the season, a portion of the registration fee may be issued at the discretion of the Boys or Girls Traveling Directors. Injured players will not be released from the Club until the completion of the current soccer year.
• With any of the above exceptions, a $50 processing fee applies.
• Refund requests should be submitted to BV United’s Boys or Girls Traveling Directors.
   

Traveling Release/Transfer Policy

• Registration commits a player to the BV United Soccer Club for the upcoming league season (August 1, 2xxx to July 31, 2xxx) and allows the player to participate in BV United activities including, but not limited to: training sessions, practices, and  league play.
• Players may not register with another club or affiliated organization without first petitioning BV United for an Interclub Transfer. These are evaluated on an individual basis. 
• In order for an Interclub Transfer to be granted, all BV United fees must be paid in full. In addition, any league fee associated with the transfer must be paid by the player.
• No player will be granted an Interclub Transfer after the league Interclub Transfer deadline.
