Our goal is to build the skills and abilities to develop a higher technical level of touch, control, & shooting to aide in the cognitive decision making in soccer. 

By developing technical skills on the ball, players will feel more confident & comfortable to have the ball on their feet to make better decisions under pressure & in tight spaces.

Phase 1: Build and understand player foundation and style. Learning basic technique of where to properly place body or foot using both feet.

Phase 2: Continue to build on foundation while advancing with more linear movements.

Phase 3: Continuing to build on advance by adding unique angles and tempo variations.

Phase 4: Progressing into higher speed actions to sustain a high and controlled pace with quality technique and speed.

Register early!  Space is limited to 20 players per session for each age groups.

Who:  U7-U19 (2005-2016 birth years) Recreational or Traveling players. 

When:  Wednesday evenings with three sessions available.  See the Schedule tables for session dates.   

Schedule:

• U7-U10 - 6:00pm-7:00pm
• U11-U13 - 7:00pm-8:15pm
• U14-U19 - 8:15pm-9:30pm

Eagle Ridge Middle School Session 2 & 3 (13955 Glendale Rd, Savage, MN)

Participants should bring:

• Bring your soccer ball
• Appropriate soccer attire, including shin guards and proper shoes (flat shoes or tennis shoes; NO CLEATS)
• Water bottle
